By accessing or using GanaVerse (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GanaVerse. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using GanaVerse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use GanaVerse to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others - Distribute malware or engage in phishing - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Harass, abuse, or harm other users - Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission - Impersonate any person or entity - Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

All content on GanaVerse, including lessons, quizzes, GANA's responses, designs, and code, is owned by GanaVerse or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant GanaVerse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content to operate the Platform.

XP (Experience Points), levels, streaks, and badges are virtual rewards with no monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or other consideration. GanaVerse reserves the right to adjust, reset, or remove XP and rewards at any time, including to correct errors or address abuse. Streak bonuses and milestone rewards are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to the rewards system.

GANA is an AI assistant designed for educational purposes. Its responses are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. GANA's responses do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the Platform should be taken as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You should always verify information from GANA with authoritative sources before making decisions, especially financial ones.

GanaVerse is an educational platform. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on the Platform constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile and speculative assets. Past performance does not indicate future results. You could lose some or all of any money you invest in cryptocurrencies. We strive to keep GanaVerse available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime or unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GanaVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
